We know that all potential modular home buyers are at different stages of their home buying journey and are looking for answers to a range of questions. So we offer different ways for you to arrange an initial consultation with us depending on your needs. We can:

• Set up a consultation with you at one of our display homes. Note - our Loganholme display home is open. We are currently redesigning our Warwick home - stay tuned to learn when it will reopen. 
• If you can't make it to a display home, please let us know and we’ll look at alternative arrangements to find something that works such as arranging a video conference meeting. 

Regardless of how we meet, one of our experienced team members will go over with you in detail your budget, desired design, inclusions and timeframe expectations. We’ll also discuss the specifics of the land you plan to build on, such as whether it’s a narrow block, on a slope or has shifting soil. Then we can put together a formal estimate for you.

This initial consultation is without obligation. If you decide a modular home isn’t right for your needs, that’s not a problem. If you’re keen to proceed, we’ll help you get started with the next steps of the design and construction journey.
